Kathy applies psychological and behavioural profiling to drive performance and engagement across organisations. She is certified in the use of Strengthscope® profiling systems and has coached hundreds of professionals on both a one-to-one and team basis. Kathy works with clients to design and facilitate team development workshops incorporating the collective strengths and dynamics, to empower leaders and teams to achieve peak performance.
With a background in management development, Kathy advises, coaches and facilitates development workshops on recruitment interviews, onboarding, team and departmental restructuring, meeting structures, professional development planning, appraisals and performance management, time management and effectiveness, managing teams and difficult conversations.
Kathy was previously Head of Retail with over a decade of experience in luxury fashion. She was responsible for driving the expansion of the business across the UK. She personally has. a proven track record of management excellence and building high performing virtual teams. Kathy established and managed client relationships with Harrods, Selfridges, House of Fraser and Harvey Nichols.
Kathy is accredited in Coaching and Mentoring at Practitioner Level with the European Mentoring and Couching Council.
